Day in the life: An Afternoon in Somerville

Back in March I spent the afternoon with the G’s at their home in Somerville. As a Boston family photographer, I most often photograph families with babies and toddlers – that’s the time of childhood we as parents think to capture (it’s still new to us!) and our lives aren’t so filled with homework, sports, activities, friends, etc – so it was nice to do something a little bit different. This family has a lot of fun together, playing board games and hockey in the street, cooking, and a lot of running around the house. But the sweetest part is that even though the kids are growing up, a bedtime routine of cuddling, reading and being silly is still a big part of their day.
